John Cullinane

John Cullinane is an experienced investor and operating executive in early stage medical technology companies.  He has spent over twenty years addressing the problems of growth faced by young entrepreneurial companies, especially in the context of introducing new products to the marketplace.

As an investor in venture capital funds, John was involved in the building of several successful public health care companies, including i-Stat, hand-held blood analyzers sold to Hewlett Packard for $600 million, GeneLogic, a pioneer in gene expression profiling databases and Asterand, a provider of unique clinical material and data to pharmaceutical researchers.

As an operating executive, John has completed assignments as interim COO and CFO in several medical technology companies, including devices, cancer diagnostics, clinical information and imaging equipment companies.  John has been successful in identifying and bringing focus to operating issues through the development of key performance metrics, especially in the context of launching new products.  John is experienced in helping teams define their specific investment opportunity in fund raising presentations and in understanding the universe of potential investors for early stage medical technology companies. Mr. Cullinane graduated from Princeton University with honors and the Yale School of Management.

Larry Cronin

Larry is a recognized industry leader in the marketing of medical/surgical devices and health care technology.

He has held executive positions in communication and marketing management for Davis & Geck (now Syneture), Meadox Division of Boston Scientific, McKesson Medical-Surgical a division of McKesson Corporation, Vasomedical and others.

As a key team member and consultant to Attain Management Resources his in-depth experience includes notable results in sales force operations, medical technology communication, public relations and corporate management disciplines.

Tom Glover 

Tom Glover is the managing partner of Attain Management Resources.

Mr. Glover has led several medical technology companies including: Vasomedical, Inc., a publicly-held company specializing in non-invasive treatments for cardiovascular diseases as President and CEO, and Myomo, Inc., a neurorobotics technology company as CEO

Prior to leading Vasomedical, Inc., Mr. Glover was President and CEO of Vasca, Inc., a privately-held company specializing in implantable drug/device combination products for vascular access.  Under his leadership, the company achieved U.S. FDA 510(k) class III clearance, and Medicare and private insurance reimbursement for the device. 

Previously, Mr. Glover was Executive Vice President, Johnson & Johnson Professional, Inc. and responsible for management of the U.S. orthopedic implant business. He was also a member of the J.J.P.I board of directors, a multi-company division of Johnson & Johnson.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Glover held several positions of increasing responsibility at Davis & Geck (now Covidien)/American Cyanamid (now Pfizer) including the Vice President and General Manager of Davis & Geck, medical device business. 

Mr. Glover is an adviser and a director of several private medical technology companies. He was recently a director of Nova Science Ltd., an interventional cardiology company, (sold to Abbott Labs.)
